Elite Eye Care is excited to offer Telehealth services to our established patients. Telehealth is a wonderful tool that can save you and your family time in dealing with eye health issues. Our clinic will be able to provide telehealth services for non-emergency eye health issues such as dry eyes, allergy eyes, conjunctivitis (pink eyes), as well as many other eye health issues. We can also use this tool to provide follow up care and limit your trips to the clinic. If you are experiencing severe eye pain, blurry vision, and/or missing vision- this is considered an eye emergency and would require an immediate in-person evaluation. Here are the steps to begin your next telehealth visit with Elite Eye Care:
- Go to the Appointment Request tab and fill out your telehealth examination request form or Call (701) 390-1315 to schedule an appointment.
*Telehealth care is only available during normal clinic hours and at the discretion of the provider, if after hours or weekend care is needed call (701) 390-1315 for further assistance. - Go to the Patient Center tab and fill out the patient medical history information.
